Please upload your presentation as soon as possible using the Sync & Share service of Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) via this upload formular. You need to insert you name and e-mail adress first. Please name the file with the last name of the presenting author and the first five words of the titel. After the succesfull upload you will receive an automatic e-mail from the LRZ Sync+Share system.

You also can bring your presentation with you on an USB-stick to the registration desk. There you have the possibility to check your presentation on the computer system used in the oral sessions.

In the lecture hall there will be two large screens for the audience (one to your right and one to your left). In front of you, there will be a third (smaller) screen, where you can see your presentation. Furthermore, you will get a digital laser pointer to highlight key points on this screen, which are also displayed on the audience's screens. There will be no possibility for a speaker view. All speakers have a 15 minute time slot (12 min for presentation + 3 min Q+A). The session's chairman will indicate the remaining time after 10 and 12 minutes. At the end of the session there will be some more time for discussion.

Speakers will get a headset microphone and are asked to be in the lecture room for a final technique check at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
