Please bring your poster with you as a printout in its original size. We will provide the mounting materials.

For the poster presentation at Monday please upload your poster (pdf file) as soon as possible using the Sync & Share service of Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) via this upload formular. You need to insert you name and e-mail adress first. Please name the file with the last name of the presenting author and the first five words of the titel. After the succesfull upload you will receive an automatic e-mail from the LRZ Sync+Share system. You also can bring the pdf with you on an USB-stick to the registration desk.

Posters will be displayed throughout the symposium in the first floor of the symposium building. At Monday afternoon, there will be a poster presentation. This will be done on a screen, thus we need all posters as printout and pdf file. The poster presentation will take please in two sessions from 1:45 to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:15 to 6:00 p.m.. Each poster session will be divided in two thematic groups. Thus, participants have to decide, which poster presentations they want to attend. Due to the number of participants and the number of posters, the groups will further divided in two sub-groups each. One sub-group will start at the first and the second at the last poster of the session, thus, each presenting author has to present the poster two times within the session. For each poster, there is a time slot of 4 minutes (3 minutes presentation and 1 minute Q+A).
