Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing and sent to the conference contact, mentioning the
name of the conference in the e-mail. The following refunding rules will be applied:
- cancellation notified up to 90 days before the beginning of the conference: total refund of registration fees;
- cancellation notified between 90 days and 60 days before the conference: refund of 30% of the registration fees;
- cancellation 60 days or less before the conference: no refund will be guaranteed.
