Become a sponsor

The at maximum 2 Platinum sponsors will be offered the following services:

• Patronage of the Young minds awards (best oral or best poster presentation)

• Handover of the certificate

• Mention in announcement linked to the young mind awards

• 2 free registrations (including social events and technical tours)

• 2 copies of the Book of Abstracts

• Sponsor’s logo on Symposium website linked to the indicated Sponsor’s website

• Sponsor's logo on slides and banners during the symposium

• Sponsor's logo on newsletters for the symposium

• Sponsor’s leaflet, brochure, notebook, lanyard, pen or pencil placed in conference bag (2 items, provided by the Sponsor)

The at maximum 3 Gold sponsors will be offered the following services:

• Hosting one of the three social events (come together, hop tour, social event)

• Welcome adress on the sponsored event

• RollUp or flag on the sponsored event

• Mention in announcement linked to the sponsored event

• 1 free registrations (including social events and technical tours)

• 1 copy of the Book of Abstracts

• Sponsor’s logo on Symposium website linked to the indicated Sponsor’s website

The at maximum 6 Silver sponsors will be offered the following services:

• Exhibition space (2 meters with bar table) in the foyer of the conference building

• Sponsor’s leaflet, brochure, notebook, lanyard, pen or pencil placed in conference bag (1 item, provided by the Sponsor)
